Jan Jacquelin Excellent first visit Excellent service on my first visit to this beauty salon - polite & friendly Lorna at the start taking my booking & greeting and on to an excellent assessment of my nails & manicure with Lien . I highly recommend this salon based on my first experience. I hadn’t booked a pedicure but when I expressed a wish to have done so, this was swiftly checked and offered . I also had great advice on nail care & a suitable treatment offered to help - a high level of sports activities have created problems , I will see if the treatment provided works well - after this first class service , I fully expect Lien’s advice & treatment to work . A Lovely team , very relaxed friendly atmosphere in the heart of Chelsea .

Calypso Barnard Layni was amazing!!! I went for an Endolift treatment and while I’m fine with needles this was a bit unusual for me. When I needed to pause due to feeling lightheaded, I felt absolutely no pressure to resume before I was ready. In fact the incredible service and professionalism spoke volumes in that moment, because Layni chatted to me, offered me sweets and water, and let me take the time I needed. I will DEFINITELY be coming back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Layni especially if you’re being treated for the first time. Incredibly knowledgeable, super kind, and just an amazing experience all around!
