Paul Bailey I joined Gas Station as I needed to get back into exercise, but was worried about an injury I experienced when working out at my home gym. The Coaches at GS have been fantastic at helping me adapt the exercises to overcome any limitations I have due to my shoulder weakness. The results have been spectacular! At my age keeping in shape becomes even more important to ensure I can continue to do the things I love, for as long as possible. There is no CrossFit "attitude" at this gym. Just great coaches and lovely people that help and encourage you to keep going.

Maidenhead is a market town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead , this is a great place and it is still growing with new buildings going up , good place to live in , with lots of shops and restaurants and bars , and walks , would be back here again :)
