Helen Carter Dwight has been working with me for over a year and brings with him a special skill set that I have not come across before. I have had two lots of hip surgery on my left hip and my right hip has been replaced. My body comes with weakness and tightness that results in pain in my back and neck. I like being active and fit, having been part of competitive sports over the previous years. When I approached Dwight I was finding that I was unable to function effectively in my day to day life and finding it hard to get up from the floor, sofa and pick things up if I dropped them. He works me hard on the areas that I would prefer to avoid focusing on if I were left to my own devices. His focus on functional fitness means I can retrain my body and brain using dynamic exercises and a lot of balance work. Not only do I feel stronger and my flexibility is improving. I feel more confident in myself and am sure I walk taller.

From easy parking to comfortable and simple changing facilities and its a fabulous and comfortable pool. Staff are polite and helpful, and the whole experience is excellent. We look forward to our visits and have not been disappointed.

Malcolm Geary Noel really brings the holistic approach to therapy with his huge breadth of knowledge. He did a wonderful job on a very old shoulder injury which had crept back over time and really helped with the discomfort. Very highly recommended!
