Jackie Lau Joe is exteremly good and l love the fact he is locally. He definitely knows his stuff and I like the fact that there is no pressure to keep using his services. If you need a decent Deep Tissue Massage then Adam is the person for you!

Carys Sian Jenkins Tracy is a brilliant teacher. The classes are challenging and varied without being too difficult. She has a brilliant way for explaining the exercises so that you do them safely and to maximum effect. Because the classes are small and she has so many regulars, she really knows her clients and will give alternatives to those with injuries. The studio is a clean, fresh and inviting space. I felt stronger within a few months of coming to her weekly classes. Thanks Tracy.

Sam Orams Hands down the nicest gym I’ve been a member of. Friendly helpful staff, respectful atmosphere, good mix of all ages, clean and well maintained throughout. I don’t do the classes but they have lots on offer.

Eleanor Ketley I love this studio and recommend classes here to everyone all the time. Ive done hoop and pole classes, and a burlesque course - all brilliant. Its a wonderful community, very supportive, and with talented teachers. Were very lucky - everyone should try these classes!
