Rachel Lewis I have been going to Broadway Boogie for a while now and its the only exercise I have been able to stick to in my adult life. The class is so much fun and I dont even look at it as exercise, just dancing to some of my favourite musicals with a great bunch of people. Helena is a brilliant instructor and always ensuring everyone has a great time during the class. I attend the in person class and do the online classes as well, thats how much I love it.

I moved back to London and I left Gain Line CrossFit about 3 months ago, and it’s taken me a while to sit down and write this because the place meant so much to me. I trained there for 2 years, and it was truly my happy place. The coaching is excellent, with a real focus on technique and progression. A special mention goes to Danny, who is an amazing coach and taught me so much over the years. His guidance, patience, and encouragement made such a difference in my fitness journey. Danny and the whole team have built an amazing community around the box. I’ll really miss everyone, but hope to drop in whenever I can.

Emma Thomson If you are thinking about doing a class dont hesitate to book! After my first Unwind and Align class I just felt lighter and that lasted into the week. As soon as I walk in I feel more relaxed. The atmosphere is very serene and welcoming, its like a mini retreat every Wednesday evening. Rita is a fantastic teacher, friendly and clearly knows her stuff, and I am eager to try more of her classes. If you can find an hour a week for you and want to feel less stressed I would highly recommend the Unwind and Align class :)

Zeshun Very interesting place. Equipment was not riped and there was no waiting queue. Did not overcharge us £12 and was very nice experience. The staff was kind especially "manger" Jade. Arms were not crossed and no eye rolling. Food was good I guess and not burnt. Free socks how nice. Loved it will visit it soon. The 1.2M wasnt that bad. The laser tag was fun and delightful. I loved the ninja maze it made me feel happy. Free fall was calm. Bit too small.
