5 /5 Emma Thomson: If you are thinking about doing a class dont hesitate to book! After my first Unwind and Align class I just felt lighter and that lasted into the week. As soon as I walk in I feel more relaxed. The atmosphere is very serene and welcoming, its like a mini retreat every Wednesday evening. Rita is a fantastic teacher, friendly and clearly knows her stuff, and I am eager to try more of her classes. If you can find an hour a week for you and want to feel less stressed I would highly recommend the Unwind and Align class :)

5 /5 Lesa Dyson: An amazing Transformative Experience at Fuerteventura Retreat My time at the Fuerteventura retreat was truly everything I hoped for, and more. From start to finish, Rita and Em were impeccable in their planning, guidance, and care. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, not just before we arrived, but throughout the entire retreat and even afterwards. The setting itself exceeded expectations. The accommodation was stunning, the yoga space serene, and the surroundings peaceful yet full of natural beauty. Our hosts made us feel so welcome, and the food was simply incredibly, nourishing, delicious, and prepared with such love. I had never been to Fuerteventura before and, at first glance, I found the landscape stark and barren. But with time, and especially after taking a morning hike, I began to see its quiet, rugged beauty. Add to that the pristine beaches, charming cafés, and nearby eateries (though we hardly needed them, given how well we were taken care of at the retreat), and it quickly became clear that this location is a hidden gem. The yoga itself was perfectly balanced and thoughtfully timed, offering both physical challenge and deep restoration and downtime. Every class felt intentional and left me feeling grounded, energised, and inspired. I cannot recommend this retreat highly enough. If you’re considering booking, do not hesitate. Guided by Rita this offers an experience that is as beautiful, enriching, and restorative as it gets.

5 /5 Sky Caves: This was my first ever yoga class and it was excellent. I was quite nervous on arrival but the atmosphere was really relaxing and Rita has such a welcoming and calming presence which put me at ease. Very grateful to Rita and everyone there for a wonderful session and will definitely be returning.
