You are not just training but you are also getting a coaching and a joy session. We dance and laugh on top of the workout. I because so much stronger is a short time. Rachel Pye I did the 6 week starter course, and have continued with a monthly subscription, and Im so glad I did. I have found the structure of the sessions really helps keep me coming - the small groups working on the same programme with a trainer means youre supported, and can see your improvement. Im stronger, fitter and have way more energy. Everyone is friendly and interesting. Whats not to love??

Stephanie Charman Both my children (almost 12 and 9) love Blaze and joining is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made. It’s especially true for my son Luke who has a diagnosis of autism. He started just after he turned 7 and wasn’t sure at first but he quickly gained in confidence and started to have fun during his lessons. The brilliant support and understanding from Justyn and the coaching team has been invaluable for us. Training towards grading is very important to Luke as he likes to have goals and targets, and a new belt is such an accomplishment for him with all his difficulties. His special needs can make any activities challenging but Kickboxing and the Blaze team have truly revolutionised his daily life: even the school has noticed a massive change in Luke in the last 12 months as he now enjoys PE (he didn’t before), has gained in confidence across the board and is showing improvement with coordination and balance. I would recommend Blaze (and I have many times) to any child with or without special needs. Thank you!!

Edyta Lubkowska This is an outstanding martial arts club! While they primarily focus on Kickboxing, they also offer training in various other martial arts styles. My 13-year-old son absolutely loves it here. He especially enjoys the sparring sessions and participating in different competitions. This club offers a fantastic opportunity to learn lifelong skills. Come join us—its a skill for life!
