Dian Hope Do you know what?? If you have some pounds and inches to lose, this really works if you follow the guidelines set by Charlie. Would definitely say DO IT. I really didnt think I would manage to stick with the program for 12 weeks and dreaded heading to my first bootcamp session. BUT Charlie promised this would change things for me and it has. So if you can tell yourself to give it a really good go, having to be accountable every day and report in with your calories, protein percentage and daily steps really does lead to some amazing results and actually the bootcamp sessions have been (almost) enjoyable. Thanks, Charlie, for giving me a real boost and setting me on the road to a healthier me.
