5 /5 Sophie Livingstone: Chris always does such a fantastic job, he listens to exactly what I want and im always so happy with the end result! I love the salon because it has such a calming and quiet atmosphere and everyone makes you feel so welcome and is so lovely.

1 /5 Rachel: I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience of having an eyebrow shape & tint at this salon was so poor I feel compelled to record it. I went into this salon with healthy well shaped eyebrows which just needed a tidy & a tint. I came out with eyebrow dye extending way above and below my eyebrows which when I managed to remove it revealed that my right eyebrow was missing the tail end and I had a cut from the threading to the side of my left eyebrow. I also now have sparse areas across both eyebrows. I was in such a shock at the eyebrow dye fiasco that I just, in typical British fashion, smiled, paid and left. Now I just have to hope that my eyebrows grow back. A really shocking and depressing experience. Avoid at all costs. This has 1 star because you can’t give a zero or minus score. 5 /5 Liz Brown: I’ve been going to SMUK for hair and brows for a number of years, and today was my first appointment with Irene for a luxe blowdry and cut / colour consultation. Irene really took the time to understand my lifestyle, how I style my hair (or not!) and what I wanted in a restyle. She also had a lovely warm energy that made me feel a sense of calm throughout my time in the salon. Love my sleek post treatment hair and excited for my cut and colour in a few weeks. Thank you!
