From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. The atmosphere is full of energy and joy, and it’s clear that the team truly feels like a family. As a client, you’re not just another appointment—you feel like part of the friendship group. The amazing owner, Natalina, instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything. And as for my stylist, Marina—what a talent! She performed absolute magic on my colour. I had over 5 inches of dark brown regrowth, and she transformed it into a stunning, natural-looking finish. My hair remained soft, healthy, and vibrant—even after the bleaching. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed. Weslie Lloyd I had an amazing experience at The Nail Garden Leicester Square! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The salon is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. My manicure turned out perfect – the nail technician paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!

More importantly, she gave me suggestions and explained the process before starting. I was a little nervous having just moved here from the USA but my cut, color and blow dry turned out fantastic! I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident, and I’ll definitely return for my next appointment. I Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for thoughtful and personalized service. Her 16 year old assistant was as sweet as sweet can be and I can’t forget the woman who did my pedicure and eyebrows. She was fantastic and oh so sweet too!

CC Belmont I scheduled an appointment with Vika as a birthday treat and have gone back another two times. I normally do my own manicures as salons never quite live up to the price, but So.Shell is absolutely the exception. All three of my manicures have lasted 5+ weeks with no chips or cracks. The attention to detail, in both cuticle work and polish, is impeccable. Although it’s pricy, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of manicure. Thank you Vika!
