5 /5 Zaynah Recipe: Had the best colour dye cut wash and blow dry from Selda & Sevda! The colour came out perfect. After multiple hairdressers saying they cannot achieve my blonde! Sevda did not disappoint and made it happen! Hair is still healthy, with a nice layer cut. Thankyou will recommend to family and friends!

The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. My hair has never looked or felt better! She knows exactly what my hair needs, gives honest advice, and even invites me in for coffee, tea, or without even getting anything done, just to make me feel welcome. 1 /5 A D: I took my almost 4 yr old for her first professional haircut. She was extremely excited but the lady in charge of her did not once speak to her gently or smile at her or acknowledge her happily. She was rude, unprofessional and stuck up although she had no problem smiling at other customers. She kept saying NO everytime I requested the specific style we came for. Im paying for this service, if I ask for a certain style I dont mind advice, but I dont expect an outright NO. I insisted very politely that this is what the style daughter and I want, and to please go ahead with it. She was also refusing to wash her newly cut hair for her (she cut on dry hair) and was going to use the hairdryer on her unwashed and already dry hair, until I again politely insisted that my daughter came here for the full experience, to please wash her hair and then dry it. I asked her to use natural dry method as my daughter has waves and again she refused. This time I didnt bother insisting. They charged £20 for a rubbish unfriendly service and not even a lollipop for a child. She also suggested I SHAVE my daughter full hair off at almost 4 yrs of age so she grows better hair. The other customers around in the shop made lots of fuss out of my daughter and treated her as a child should be treated, so at least she left the place happy.
