SIMI Salon - (Near Camden, UK)

2 /5 F M: I visited Simi Hair Salon with my daughter about two months ago, and our experience was lovely in many ways. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the relaxing head massage before the haircut it felt almost like a spa experience downstairs during the hair wash. The staff were friendly, and the salon itself has a nice, peaceful vibe. However, I was quite disappointed with the actual haircut. At first, I thought it was fine, but over time I noticed my daughter’s hair was very uneven! When I recently went to another salon for colour, the stylist pointed out that one side of my fringe had been left noticeably thicker than the other. Unfortunately, the blow dry also wasn’t the best! Overall, while the experience and service were pleasant, the haircut itself didn’t meet expectations, and for that reason, I wouldn’t return or recommend . 5 /5 Julie Myerson: So delighted to come here to see Tannia Starr - someone I used to see a few years ago and by far one of the best colourists Ive ever come across - in her cool new Aveda salon home. Not only is she extremely experienced and creative in her approach but she actually listens, thinks, and isnt afraid to change her mind now and then if something isnt working - a surprisingly rare skill in a colourist! Cant recommend her too highly.

She is a super talented, experienced colourist who has given me beautiful shades of reds and coppers for years. We usually tweak the formula every time to play around with things because I have so much trust in her. Highly recommend (obviously!)
