They have attention to detail and understood exactly what I was looking for. I’m sad I will not be able to go here regularly as I am on holidays so I highly recommend it to others!

5 /5 Erin Pudney: I have been regularly having BIAB services with Lily and Aya at Pivoine for almost two years. My nails are always beautifully done, often with nail art, they’re high quality and last at least 3 weeks. They ladies are always so welcoming and I really look forward to my appointments as it feels like catching up with friends.

3 /5 CN: They were so friendly and nice, however my classic manicure did not make me happy. The shape of my nails is very pretty but nails had dust on them after shaping. Without cleaning, just putting polish immediately, resulted in bubbles under the polish as seen on the picture. Also nail polish on one of the fingers is damaged in the next two hours (i didn’t cook or do anything that can harm it..). thank you again for your friendliness and good vibes but unfortunately I’m disappointed with my mani overall. Update: they reached out to me to fix it, thank you for the kindness and the offer.

5 /5 Eugenie Palus: I have been coming to Pivoine for quite a while and I absolutely love it! The team is wonderful and always makes you feel welcome. You can tell they love what they do and take great pride in it, as they should because my nails never looked better! I have been getting BIAB for a year and today I had break and Lily carefully fixed the nail to match the others’ length but took great care to not make it painful and it wasn’t at all! She then applied a gorgeous blue colour (her own personal mix) and it looks brand new and seamless. The care and passion they put in their work is wonderful regardless of the person working with you. Honestly the best salon I’ve been to in London and will keep going to! Fantastic girls :)
