1 /5 Lucy: I have been going to this salon since last year and at the beginning I was very happy with the service. The team back then (an Albanian/greek girl and an Italian girl) were extremely professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every time. Unfortunately, with the new team the quality and professionalism are no longer the same. The staff now is quite rude, especially a blonde lady who says she is the manager but does not seem able to handle the situation properly. I left very disappointed, which is sad because the salon used to be excellent.

I have been to your salon several times since last year and I was always satisfied in the past, but this time I was very disappointed with the service and especially with the rude attitude of a staff members. The girls working that day were rude and spent most of the time speaking in their own language instead of addressing clients properly.
It is not professional to deny or question a client’s experience. Instead of trying to dismiss my review, I believe it would be more constructive to accept feedback and focus on improving the service. My review is honest and based on what I personally experienced.
It’s a shame, because this salon used to be excellent, and that’s why the decline in service is even more disappointing.-
