5 /5 Amerisa: So incredibly happy with how my nails came out! Everyone was so lovely and kind and the gorgeous lady who did my nails followed the picture I showed her perfectly. I never usually get my nails done but I will 100% be coming back to this place again! Thank you so so much again for being so wonderful and giving me the prettiest nails ever!!

1 /5 Ra: Even 1 star is one too many, they genuinely deserve 0. I travelled here with my little sister to get an acrylic set with one flower done and after the technician had already buffed down and stuck on the initial nail - who I presume is the owner - quoted me a price £30 more than the price list of £70. He continued to say that because she was a minor he would ‘do us a favour’ and do the set for £63. He then continued to say that a simple French tip is £50, £53 and £56 - all three prices plucked out of thin air! I asked him to explain where he got his pricing from based on the price list which was our basis of booking and he said (and I quote) ‘I don’t really go off of that price list’. He was also repeatedly condescending saying ‘I don’t know if you know anything about nails but if you had a business it would go out of business’. My assumption is that price is based on your personal aesthetic. After I tried to explain that the price should not have been more than £40 he said he won’t be continuing with us today. Cannot emphasis how bad the customer service is!

5 /5 imaidchu: Irrefutably the most beautiful nails I have ever gotten! Tiger had tried out a new form to ensure that my nails are sturdy due to its length, which turned out clean and stunning. I am very satisfied in the customer service as staffs were friendly and offered coffee. Overall, the atmosphere of the salon is great, allowing a comfortable experience and most importantly, I am significantly impressed by the shape, form and design of Tiger’s work; I definitely recommend.

1 /5 Leah Kiernan: I went for a full set initially, which was done very nicely. When I returned for an infill 4 nails snapped off within 5 days. All I did was put my shoes on and get something out of my bag. When I went back to get them fixed there was no apology, instead I was told there was no guarantee and I have to be careful with long nails (they’re not even that long). I explained this has never happened before in my 10 years of getting my nails done. I was then told it will be fixed. When the guy started fixing them I was then told that I would be charged, usually it’s £5 per nail but they will charge me £10. I thought this was outrageous. Get some lessons in customer service! I will not be returning there.
