Equipment is top-quality and varied; occasional platters of free fruit are a lovely surprise; the community here is fantastic and the easy 24/7 access makes it incredibly convenient for scheduling. 5☆, one of the best gyms ive ever been a member of. only complaint is that the shower automatically turns off after about 4 minutes while youre still in there

Annabel Mitchell Ellie’s yoga classes are first class! She is a fantastic instructor. I come away from the class feeling invigorated, regenerated and centred. I have been on and off with gym yoga over the years but never been able to really progress to the next level. I feel positive after just a few classes I am going to really improve with Ellie focusing closely on perfecting our alignment. Ellie’s set up in her studio is delightful, a small setting with plenty of props and supports, and I just love using the ropes! I can’t wait till the next class!

Robbie Margetts Ive just had my 7th session with Mark and cant reccomened Lodgeys enough! This is a gym that is all about hard work and achieving results but is also one of the friendliest gyms Ive ever had the pleasure of training in! The sense of community and friendship is fantastic, Mark is an absolute credit to the local boxing community and genuinely cares for his students. The passion he has for the sport radiates and is infectious, if you want to get yourself fighting fit or actually fighting on shows, walk through Lodgeys doors!
