5 /5 Simona Coulston: This was my second visit to Shapins and again had a wonderful experience. My therapist was Priya who was very professional yet friendly and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. My first treatment was a HIFU procedure a few weeks ago which left my skin looking and feeling tighter and plump, I am really chuffed with the result and will try and have it yearly. Today I have a Hydrafacial treatment which was 1.5 hours relaxing procedure which made my skin looking super hydrated and tight. Couldnt be happier with the result, looking forward to my next visit.

5 /5 Omer Farooq: I initially booked my laser hair removal session at Shapins Clinic Farnham through Groupon, and to be honest, I was a bit confused at first — especially since I’m based in Reading and the clinic is in Farnham. But I’m so glad I went ahead with it! The medical practitioner Jayapriya was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and incredibly patient in answering all my questions and concerns. She clearly knows what she’s doing and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her professional attitude and genuine care really stood out to me — so much so that I have already referred my sister to the clinic, and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends as well. Thank you, Shapins Clinic (and especially Jayapriya), for such a positive experience!

5 /5 Lorraine Richards: Jayapriya medical practitioner was great during my tattoo removal procedure. I was invited to complete a patch test first then booked the next appointment. The process was very easy and Jayapriya explained this in full and checked if I was ok during the procedure to ensure that I wasnt in any pain. Jayapriya was very friendly and put me at ease from start to finish. I look forward to attending my next appointment with Jayapriya as I know that I am in good hands in order to achieve my desired outcome.

1 /5 Fernanda Machado de lima: Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star, but the correct rating would be zero. I paid for treatment to reduce cellulite on my legs and buttocks. I was attended to by 3 different people across all my sessions. Based on my weight and height, 6 sessions were recommended to resolve my complaint. After 4 sessions, I saw no results whatsoever, so I questioned the person who seemed to be primarily responsible, and she said she didnt know when I would see results. How can a dermatologist (who Im not even sure if she really is one) not know when results will be expected? I had paid a £100 deposit for another treatment: stretch mark reduction. But since I saw no results after 6 sessions and due to the lack of knowledge of the clinic staff, I felt it would be a waste of money. So, at the last session, I informed them that I didnt want the stretch mark treatment, I wanted my refund, and the photos they took at each session. I was told they couldnt show me the photos at that moment, that I would have to wait until Monday (I thought: why? Do they want to Photoshop the photos?). Prabhjot told me that there was no way to return my deposit via the card machine, but they would transfer it to me on Monday. (My last session was on Sunday). I believed them. But it was extremely difficult to receive the refund. They tried everything to keep my money. They even lied, saying they wouldnt refund me beforehand. Knowing my rights, I informed them that I would take legal action if necessary. Attached are some of the conversations I had regarding receiving the deposit. As for the photos, since they are intimate areas, I wont post them here. But theres a lot of Photoshop. The difference in lighting is drastic. And they only sent me photos from 2 days, even though I had 6 sessions. Since Im not an idiot, I always took photos at home before each session. Thats how I proved that there were no results whatsoever in those months. I just threw my money away. Furthermore, on two occasions when I went to the clinic, they were having lunch, and the kitchen is located in the hallway leading to the room where I received my treatment; it smelled of reheated food. If you want to waste your money, get angry, and receive poor service, I recommend this clinic.
