Megan Davies Joining The Fitting Rooms (TFR) in July 2024 was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health, fitness and wellbeing. Having trained at various other gyms but never lasting longer than a few months, I have felt completely at home at TFR. I leave every session feeling motivated for the day ahead having had a brilliant session with the excellent training team. I take part in the shared PT sessions and sometimes it’s only myself and the PT! It is a great space to meet new people and get to know those who attend regularly. The professionalism and expertise of all the trainers is the best that I have experienced and I am lifting weights that I wouldn’t have gone anywhere near if I was training alone. I mostly train with Ryan and Lucy and they go above and beyond to make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and improving my form, they’re both wonderful company as well. The fantastic facilities are up to date and are always clean. The showers and changing rooms are also great to use before cracking on with the rest of my day. I genuinely look forward to training here and I am pleased TFR is a big part of my life - would highly recommend!

Valda Tranauskyte I recently joined this gym and I’m really happy with the value it offers. The classes are excellent, especially with instructors Vara Nathan, Luke Esin and Tennick Nathan – always a pleasure to attend. I also love the spa area, where the sauna is properly hot and perfect for relaxing. The changing rooms could use an update, but the friendly and helpful reception team more than make up for it. A special thank you to Head Manager Junior for his kindness and professionalism — he truly goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

mohammed hussain Excellent gym with loads of equipment. Staff are very friendly and the Aircon is on during hot days and when it gets really packed. Overall would recommend to friends and family. There is a tesco super store with 3 hours free parking which was a easy sell for me to join this gym.

Mikey Vettraino I absolutely love using the Novo gyms. The staff are incredibly friendly—Sarah in particular always takes such great care of me. I often get so relaxed in the steam rooms, spa, and massage chairs that I occasionally forget items in the locker. The team is always so responsive and helpful, and they’ve never failed to find my things for me (which is impressive, because I always lose stuff!). The cleanliness of the spa, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the equipment are all outstanding. The gym itself is genuinely a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Ume L Leo is an amazing trainer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, yet keeps workouts both effective and fun. He’s always patient and takes the time to understand how your body moves and what it needs. Training with Leo feels supportive, motivating, and empowering.
