5 /5 Kirsty Smith: Lovely little salon, greeted with a smile on arrival, then offered a drink that was presented nicely. Today, I had the luxury gel manicure, which I highly recommend! This consisted of a shape and file, hand scrub, hot mittens, gel polish then a hand massage. Emma was very knowledgeable and friendly! All the ladies were so welcoming, its a small but lovely environment. First time here today, but it wont be my last!

You cant go wrong with Serendipity. Youre always assured of a warm and friendly welcome and everyone is so easy to chat to. Whatever treatment Ive had there Ive always been pleased with the results.

5 /5 Meera Pandya: Every time I visit Serendipity, the service is always exceptional! Christina gave me a facial that was so relaxing, and my skin looked amazing afterward. More recently, I went in for a manicure and pedicure after a bad experience at another salon, and they completely fixed it. The team gave me great advice and really took their time — I’ve realised this is definitely the place I’ll be sticking with from now on!

Christina is an absolute star, and always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and truly rejuvenated. Sophie Robinson-Carey I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded before, and Palak did mine just before my wedding. She was so professional, made me feel at ease and knew exactly what shape I was after! I was nervous, but didn’t need to be, as she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Palak is very skilled, the threading hardly hurt at all. I will be back soon!

Amy Taylor I recently visited Katie for semi permanent makeup, PMU Brows and PMU eyeliner. Katie put me at ease throughout the entire treatment. She talked me through the process and ensured I was completely relaxed and comfortable. I am thrilled with the results! My PMU brows and PMU eyeliner look fantastic and I can’t wait to come in again for my top up! I highly recommend Katie, she is fabulous and truly skilled at semi permanent makeup.

Alex Diaconu Amazing experience, Saba is a very experienced and lovely nail artist. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. These are the nicest acrylics iv had :)
