Ruby Wadwa Ive been coming here for years and really enjoying if. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and its always nice to see a friendly face in the morning. Id like to extend a personal thanks to my incredible swimming instructor Hamid for being so helpful over the past few months. Hes completely changed the game for me in terms of my swimming skills (I went from barely able to swim to now floating and swimming and rolly polly-ing in the deep end). Hes an amazing instructor. Im so glad I booked swimming lessons here!

L Rasul I Absolutely ADORE the new STRONG Studio in Ealing! Firstly, As someone who is in the fitness industry and loves a good workout, I left my very first class totally addicted and wanting to come back for more. The classes are an amazing mix of reformer, cardio and strength and conditioning, which is like nothing I’ve ever come across before. It is by far the best workout I’ve ever had! If you want to sweat without the cardio then not to worry, you’ll be pleased to know they also offer Pilates only classes which have no cardio involved. Secondly, the Team and Instructors are FANTASTIC! The professionalism and experience of the instructors is top notch and the team are absolutely delightful. What’s not to love! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed:-)

Jacek Geisler Met Benny in Leeds at one of his Muay Thai events and took part in his session. It was a quality one and I realised how knowledgeable, professional and down to earth he is. Have been following his social media since then and getting inspired by his content. He helped me with some mindset shifts recently as well. If your looking for a trainer then I highly recommend trainer Benny Green.

manuj sharma I have been attending yoga sessions with Sefali for months, and I must say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. She is not only deeply knowledgeable but also extremely sincere in her approach to teaching. She takes care of posture for each and everyone and correct if anything is wrong. I also admire her punctuality, consistency, and the positive energy she bring into every class. Along with an amazing yoga teacher she is a wonderful person and a very good friend and mentor. I highly recommend Sefalis yoga classes to anyone looking for healthy lifestyle.
