I have tried different treatments & each time I received professional care, Roza explains everything that she does and personalizes the treatment. The atmosphere is very relaxing, making you feel refreshed, pampered, rejuvenated & more importantly you feel respected & dignified. Last time I confused my appointment, but Roza with her calm & professional approach, managed to accommodate me for the very next available appt without making me feel uncomfortable & guilty.
