5 /5 Diane Wehrle: I’ve been training with Matt Mitchell and at Revive for nine years and it’s been marvellous - always challenging me to do better and pushing me to achieve more. Under Matt’s guidance - and the marvellous healing hands of Katey’s massage - I’ve managed to compete in six Hyrox events (4 singles and 2 doubles). Matt never sees age as a barrier which is wonderful as I’m now 60! AND I’ve made great friends there - Revive is not just a gym but an amazingly supportive training community comprising members of all ages and levels of fitness. If you want to achieve more than you ever thought possible, then Revive is the place.

5 /5 Olivia Apps: I have been going to small group sessions at Revive for years and love it. I cannot imagine training anywhere better or with anyone more dedicated than Matthew. Training at Revive continually improves my fitness, focus and strength both physically and mentally. Training in small groups at Revive is awesome - Revive is a great community of like minded people who support and motivate each other. Matthew always ensures our sessions are varied and challenging. He has so much energy, enthusiasm and passion and is totally committed everyone at Revive.

The balanced combination of strength, cardio, stretch and flexibility, mindfulness and breath work felt perfectly judged. I typically struggle to push myself to the point of discomfort, often focusing on and repeating those activities that I’m comfortable with, however, the Revive day provided a framework to push myself to a point of discomfort as well as experiencing new and different activities that can form part of a much more rounded wellness regime. Matt and Katey provide a warm and welcoming feeling that allows for you to be your best.

5 /5 Mark Ling: Revive Gyms class act. Katey is excellent uses a number of techniques to ease pain and get body back in good working order. Have experienced a lot of physiotherapists over the years and Katey definitely one of the best!!
