Carmen Sanchez Poor service, wanted a French tip they had no colours and didn’t give me the colour I asked for. They cut my natural nail down soooo short, literally half of the nail, despite saying I didn’t want it cut, looks really bad now and the rude staff topped the whole experience off

Ella Honestly always a really lovely experience with deluxe nails!! I’m a regular and will continue to be. I usually just get one colour shellac and it’s always well done and the nail tecs always have helpful advice if I’m ever unsure about anything but will never make me feel weird about choosing something they didn’t suggest. But today I wanted to do detail work and I had Hannah do a really amazing job on my nails for my birthday. Al of the staff are amazing with really lovely service from everyone. The main lady in charge is always super friendly and kind and I cannot say enough great things. The design turned out pretty much just like I’d asked for and I love it !
