Yuko Akagi Katsumi san is very friendly, thoughtful and easy to talk to. I have been her customer for 10 years or longer. My skin has been really improved for texture and clarity. I had been suffering from bad skin with acne scars and black spots but now all had gone. Her advice is always thoughtful and insightful in all aspects of healthy life. Also she never recommends unnecessary treatments or products. I can trust her 100%. Highly recommended.

I had several facial treatments there and it was the best treatment I ever had! Brilliant, pleasing experience with great results. Edyta is lovely, very dedicated to her work, and knowledgeable. Greta Monkeviciute I have now become a regular client of Harmony & Beauty since I have discovered it. They offer a wide range of services from hair to beauty. I have had manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and many more things done here its perfect every time! Its nice to know you can go to 1 place and get all the treatments you need done rather than running form 1 salon to another. The ladies there are very accommodating, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Harmony and Beauty it will be come your 1 stop shop too!

Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!
