It’s so invigorating and I always leave feeling taller. I have never done a workout that makes me feel so good after. It’s incredibly challenging and I am working muscles in amazing ways I never have, hands down the best exercise I have ever done. Pauline is brilliant, she is so warm and friendly that class is a joy to attend!

Time flies in the class and you come out feeling so much stronger. Pauline brings such positive energy to each class and her studio is very clean. Highly recommend the classes if you want quick results that you can also maintain and enjoy.

I tried physiotherapy, chiropractors, massage, but it was not until I started with Pauline on the reformer that I started to improve. I now have dramatically less pain, less fatigue, more strength. Pauline makes sessions fun and tailors the exercises to my needs. I am so glad I met her. I would highly recommend her.

5 /5 Brian Woodcock: I started using Reform Pilates about a month ago, this was due to a back problem. Pauline went through a number of questions with me, then started me on the reformer, she very quickly identified that my lower body was very tight and has since been working with me, working mainly on stretching. I feel so much better and no back pain. I would highly recommend Pauline. I’m doing 1-1 just to settle me in then I’ll do group class. Call her you have nothing to lose.

omgMMDD 2048 I’ve been attending the yoga classes at the gym regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Each session leaves me feeling more relaxed, focused, and physically balanced. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being since starting. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve both mind and body!

Unlike the elitest, cold vibes I experienced in the other Crawley affiliate, this box offers open arms, ample parking, a variety of timings to suit all schedules and no overcrowding! Excellent use of space with clean, modern equipment. Best of all is the lovely community feel, where members regularly meet for social events in a capacity rare for such a wonderfully varied group of people.
