1 /5 Jess Muller: Disappointed! Paid £37 which is more than I usually do elsewhere. Was nipped multiple times while having my cuticle done. Got home and have seen so many imperfections with the gel polish. Uneven texture and missed spots. Will not be returning.

1 /5 Toni W: Unfortunately won’t be returning, nails looked good but brow lamination literally fried my eyebrows, they are really crispy even 2 weeks later, and soo many of my hairs have fallen out. My eyebrows are already thin and sparse and now I have even less hair. Never had this experience with a lamination before. Very upset. Also didn’t like that all of the staff I spoke to in the salon tried to upsell me to buy packages for their services, even when I said I wasn’t interested.

4 /5 Gurdeep Romanay: Ive been going to this salon for a number of years. The staff are really friendly and always very welcoming. Ive had different staff members do my eyebrows, manicure and pedicure over the years but the standout person is Ghazala. Shes always really thorough and makes sure my eyebrows and manicure are perfect. I find with the other ladies, they get the tint all over my face when wiping tint off my lashes. Ghazalas manicures always last longer than when the other ladies do it. I panic when Ghazala goes on holiday as shes so good but she works incredibly hard and deserves a break. My feedback to the manager / owner, please please please do something about the music. Its always so loud, the playlists are like being in a club sometimes and have very inappropriate language which is offensive for clients and your staff to hear. There are so many great chill out / lounge type playlists out there which would make the experience much more relaxing

1 /5 Kayla Hardy: Was really disappointed when I got my eyebrows and upper lip done. I had to repeatedly tell the lady doing it she kept missing hairs and when I got home I could really see all the hairs still. Hardly any of the hairs came off and the lady doing them said that’s why she threads. I would’ve asked for threading then as it really upset my skin. I’ve never had waxing done where it just hurt the skin and hardly no hairs came out. As I was in there too another angry customer came in and was not happy with her service either.
