5 /5 Saharish Saleem: Beauty by Aga was a completely out of Basingstoke experience. They made you feel welcome, there was excellent attention to detail and honestly better than most branded spas. They listen to you and cater to your specific needs. I was treated with a beautiful glass of flavoured water and a piece of chocolate, towards the end. Made me feel like a princess. Definitely try it out, no second thoughts! This is the best salon in Basingstoke!

5 /5 Chloe Vallis: I love coming to Beauty by Aga for my treatments! Aga and Trudie are so friendly and welcoming. Trudie does an amazing job of my nails and there are so many colours to choose from. My Mum and I visited recently for my Mums birthday - I had a facial (amazing!) and my Mum had a full body massage which she loved. The drink and chocolate at the end was a lovely little touch and we were so well looked after! My Mum even got given a birthday card! The salon is decorated beautifully, very pink and girly. Don’t hesitate to book and get your treatments in!

They will ask you to pay booing fee, I contacted the manager and asked for a certain treatment and paid the deposit and when arrived I was offered another treatment because the person who does the treatment apparently sent me a message talking about a different treatment, when I tried to explain that it was a miss understanding from the manager and that the message was so long so I didn’t pay attention to it SH refused to provide the treatment I wanted and refused to rebook me without loosening my deposit. She did not even tried to apologise or sort the situation like all other providers, she clearly doesn’t care about loosing customers and has no customer service manner at all. Please avoid.
