Bonita Guntrip I have been to several Restorative Yoga classes at Karma Studios, taught by Caroline, the owner. These classes are monthly, on a Friday evening and are a truly wonderful way to end your week. I would not hesitate to recommend Caroline and Karma Studios to anyone. The studio set up is lovely and Caroline is warm, welcoming and great with all abilities.

Marco Rossi Ive been here because one of my daughters is doing the gymnastics course and today there was a sort of show. There were 4 classes with ages from 3 to 6 years. The first thing that I really enjoyed is that every child was smiling. And with a real massive smile covering the whole face. They were truly happy and excited to show what they learnt. There were 4 teachers who managed to perfectly control all the kids and helping them with all the exercises. The gym was clean and full of tools and mattress which any teacher could perfectly use and move around the room according to the needs. I was very impressed with the quality of the whole show and the organisation, especially with so many kids. Very well done. For any kid (boy or girl, doesnt matter) who is fancy to learn some gymnastics, I can happily confirm you that this place is a very good choice. Have fun kids!

ruha roy Working out with Teena made me change my perspective about excercise. Her classes helped me lose 8 kilos. And now excercise has become part of my daily life. She is very motivating and even when you want to give up she keeps up the spirit. Also her being super flexible has enabled me to excercise with a 4 year old , a full time job and a travelling husband. Can’t recommend this enough. Thank you Teena. Xx

Gareth Viader-Lloyd I heard about Breeze Yoga from my girlfriend as she has done classes there for a while. I was so pleased she introduced me to it. I think Breeze is a fantastic place with great teachers/instructors and facilities. The hot room Thai flow with Wai-Ling was definitely my favourite. Highly recommend
