Sarah Moss I’ve been going to Pilates with Sam since July, and I’ve loved every class. I hadn’t done any exercise for years before starting, but it really didn’t matter — you don’t need to be fit to begin, and Sam makes everything feel possible.
The classes are small (just four of us plus Sam), which means you get loads of attention and guidance. My balance and core have improved so much, and I feel stronger and more in control of my body than I have in ages.
I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better in their own skin.
