I also want to shout out Erica who was incredibly helpful & made me the most delicious protein shake. Will definitely be coming back.

Bakó Lili So far, so good! I have been dying to swap gyms and just joined when this branch opened. They have a really good range of equipment, plenty of space, and some nice class options.

Snss106 S I initially visited the gym last weekend and met Alex who explained the set up and offered to show me how to use certain machines at my next visit. I returned today and as expected, he very kindly showed me how to use all of the machines and even took the time to give me a list of which exercises to do. I am not new to fitness but have generally found gyms to be a bit intimidating and centre my workouts around outdoor activities. A big shout out to lovely Alex who took the time to help me out today - its people like you who encourage more women to strength train!

Josephine Blakely Seb is a fantastic coach he is able to analyse your movement assess your level and really tailor and adapt sessions to get the best from you. In our first session he taught me how to shift.. i have been boxing for a couple of years and never quite got the mechanics of it. He broke it down and now it feels like a natural movement. Defo levelled up my skillset and gave me more confidence in my capability

Kinga Latoszek Pilates4U studio is amazing, I have been attending to their Hanwell branch for a few months, and I was over the moon that they opened new location moments from my home! Studio is STUNNING, great location and views, air coned, brand new equipment, always clean and classes always start on time. Begginer level is great for EVERYONE to join, male or female. They also offer matt classes as well as reformer and individual lessons. I met both owners Rima and Renata personally, and they make perfect business match, they are very passionate about everything they do, which makes them so successful. I would especially recommend workshops that they occasionally do its a fantastic challenge if you are intermediate/advanced.
