1 /5 Nishat Rahman: Context: 1st photo is my inspo pic, second photo is what portsmouth nail bar did and third photo is what Trendy nails did for me. I clearly showed the first pic to staff and they did not follow it. I repeatedly said I need it to look natural as I work in nhs so no gloss or shiny finish. I asked the man who first served me to make my nails shorter but he said once its filed down it will be short. They then changed staff and a different man asked me if Im happy and I said no they’re too long. They started speaking in their own language and a lady staff said you need to tell him early on if you want it short and I said I told the previous man to which she just smiled. The man proceeded and showed me the finish coat on one nail and asked if Im happy and I said no its too pink and glossy i want it like the picture. He said it will look like that when its finished. When saw it was pink I told him I asked for CLEAR biab he said it wont look nice because I got short extensions. He then kept telling me to relax my hand. Yes I wasnt relaxed as I kept trying to see what he was doing. I was not satisfied with the colour to which i kept mentioning. He then asked if I had got my nails done before in a rude manner implying Im not being obedient to him. Going to a different salon (Trendy nails) was the best decision I made. I would highly recommend them, they copied my picture exact and they repeatedly removed coats and tried different ones till Im happy.
