Keary Carrington My first time using Platinum, all the girls working were lovely and friendly and set a warm and inviting environment. Rosie cut and coloured my hair and she was amazing, she spent alot of time with my hair (it needed it) and I came out feeling incredible. Absolutely will be going back!

Jenni Cole Ive been going to Barbara for a while now and shes brilliant. Shes managed to tame my unruly eyebrows (!) and they look really good now. Ive just had a lash lift and tint for the first time with her and Im very happy with the results.

Gill Birmingham Have to give Ellie 5 stars. I was looking for an appointment for next day as I just got to that point with my hair!!! Not only was Ellie straight back to give me an app for the next day, but when I arrived she was so helpful with great advice and suggestions. This was my first visit, but def not the last. I had hair well past my shoulders which I was so fed up with and wanted a shaggy, choppy style Bob. Ellie took her time and honestly gave me the best cut iv had in years. Did exactly what I wanted, with no pushy trying to sell products. I 100% recommend Ellie.

Dean Hall Great little business really friendly staff.only downside is cubicle 4 the radiator is permanently on even though I have told the staff several times and its very easy to burn yourself on it
