5 /5 Kelly Cliff: I’ve been going to Poise Pilates since it opened and I am absolutely addicted. I’d never tried it before and now I can’t imagine my week without it. Coco has created such a warm, welcoming and gorgeous space. Every single one of the teachers are brilliant, they have different styles which makes every class fun, engaging and unique. I’ve seen major improvements in my strength, posture and flexibility, I was suffering from back pain from running before starting Pilates and it’s now completely gone. Booking is super easy, there are plenty of classes to choose from, and the free parking is a big bonus. I’ve tried other studios when I’ve been travelling or away from home, but Poise will always be my favourite place to practice! It’s genuinely the highlight of my week and if I the burn wasn’t so strong, I’d go every day. I highly recommend!

5 /5 Kerrie Boone: ⭐ 5 Stars I visited Poise for the first time in March and had never done Pilates before. Coco immediately reassured me that I’d be fine as a beginner—and she was right! The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere. Coco and her team are encouraging and push you in every class to feel the burn in the best way possible. I love the sense of achievement after each session; not only am I strengthening my body, but it’s also amazing for my mind as life is always so busy. There may be other studios in the area, but Poise stands out because of its unique space, the studio is lovely and it has a community, friendly feel, and Coco’s dedication to helping us improve in strength and technique. She’s always looking for ways to make the experience even better. Highly recommend—Poise feels like more than a studio, it’s a community! 5 /5 Zehra Rubbani: I’ve been going to Poise for 6 months now and I love it! The instructors are lovely and the reformer Pilates classes push you just enough to feel the burn. The studio itself is gorgeous and a variety of different types of classes are available to suit your needs. I always leave each class feeling like I’ve had a good workout and really refreshed. I can’t wait to see what new classes are introduced in the new year. I’d highly recommend Poise to everyone! X

5 /5 Gemma Duncan: From the moment you walk in, the studio feels like a sanctuary, the ambiance is beautiful. The lighting, the decor, and the overall vibe puts you in the perfect headspace for a workout. Its rare to find a studio that gets the music just right, but the tunes here flow perfectly with the class, keeping the energy up when needed and chilling out for the stretch. Ive seen such improvement in my ability and more importantly - my cellulite has pretty much gone! Thank you Coco and all the other instructors for all your encouragement and patience over this past year. x
