Overall, the women’s health services here are excellent and the service is top notch!

Cecile Dixon I signed up for the F45 two week trail and after the two weeks have decided to become a member. So clearly it is great. The F45 trainers energy and help is amazing. I have not exercised for the last two years and found it really difficult to get into gym again and F45 has me going 6 times a week. Also really love how you can be beginner and advanced in the same class.

Siyi Zheng I had a fantastic experience with CourFit’s group tennis lesson at Holland Park! The session was really well-organised and fun. Coach Manuel and Seda were both excellent — very friendly, encouraging, and great at giving individual feedback even in a group setting. The drills were dynamic and well-structured, with a perfect balance between technique and match play. It was also a lovely atmosphere — supportive, social, and motivating. Whether you’re looking to improve your strokes or just enjoy playing with others, I’d definitely recommend their group lessons. I’m already looking forward to joining again!

I went in the shop to try on a few things before ordering them online with a discount code, but the staff were so wonderful I would have felt guilty doing an online purchase instead. My discount code wasnt working properly but I still had the discount applied, and learned about other discount opportunities now that I have a Sweaty Betty account. Havent had such a great shopping experience in a while.
