Hannah Baker Ive had many positive and empowering sessions with Loni all through lockdown (via Zoom) and later, also in the beautiful barn. Despite being very much a beginner (at the start anyway!)I was never made to feel that way and was only ever encouraged and supported; this was important to me and a reason Id not started yoga sooner. I would definitely recommend Sequoia to my friends, newbies like myself or more experienced as all abilities are covered. Feb 24 update: I visited the new Sequoia studio and what a gorgeous space Loni has created! Calm, tranquil and with fun workshops (like the Wing Chun one I did!) available as well as a yoga theres something for everyone, cant wait to come back and wish it was closer to me!

The gym has a great atmosphere, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Jon’s coaching is straightforward, practical, and most importantly, fun. Harry Simi Greig is a super nice and respectable instructor. Excellent co-ordination in martial arts inter-clubs. We had the pleasure of participating and gained valuable experience.
