Joanna I started at SASS 6 months ago and it has genuinely changed my life. As someone who never thought they would ever get into fitness (having actively avoided the gym for years!), I am amazed by how much progress I have made and more importantly, how much I look forward to it as part of my regular routine. I now go 4/5 times a week - its that addictive! I regularly attend Vickys Semi-PT, Pilates and Lift Clubs, which are all amazing and gives me a really well-rounded routine. She has been incredibly pivotal in my growth and I would not be who I am today without her. I also love attending Amaras & Toms classes. They push me to get better each time I go & I love the dynamic and encouraging environment they foster in each of their sessions. Joining SASS is, without a doubt, the best decision I could have ever made for my physical and mental health. I will forever be grateful for SASS. From someone who was incredibly intimidated at my first class to now being obsessed with all things fitness, I am a changed woman!

Its been a life changer for me and I feel, look and move better than at any time in my life thanks to Tim and his team of professional and experienced trainers. Classes and PT sessions alike are of a high quality and tailored to your needs and goals. A great and long standing asset to the Wapping community.

Alice Nguyen I got the annual pass at MoreYoga for £365, and it’s honestly been such a good investment. Unlimited classes, a huge variety to choose from, and the teachers are consistently great. I love that there are studios all over London, so it’s super convenient no matter where I am. If youre looking for flexibility, quality, and value – this yoga place is totally worth it.

Rebecca Scott The manager and the team here are great - has a community atmosphere. It’s always clean and tidy and they try to find out what the community want in terms of classes. It is tiny! So be ready to be friendly with the other people working out. Good for calisthenics / other body weight work / free weights.

Stefania Kotidou Im absolutely in love with this gym. While its smaller than some others, its incredibly efficient and offers a great variety of machines. The interior is beautifully designed, and everything is always clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ve especially enjoyed the sauna, and after trying the plunge pool once, I know it won’t be the last time. Overall, it’s a fantastic space and well worth the price.

Sharelle Velinor I absolutely love these classes! Being able to join from the comfort of my own home takes the pressure off and helps me focus without distractions. I’m quite new to Pilates and initially joined after experiencing sciatica, sessions have truly delivered, and I’ve seen massive improvements. Each class leaves me feeling empowered and stronger. I love how I’m consistently challenged and encouraged to push my body beyond its comfort zone. Having access to the recordings is also a huge bonus, allowing me to practise whenever I like during the week. Marietta is an incredible teacher. She guides you through every movement with clarity and uses great analogies to help you engage the right muscles. Her supportive energy, encouragement, and attention to detail make all the difference, she not only helps you improve but makes the entire session enjoyable. Since joining, I’ve noticed real changes in both my physical and mental wellbeing my posture, strength, and confidence have all improved. Monday nights are officially Pilates night — no social plans or phone calls allowed! If you’re thinking about joining, you won’t be disappointed.
