5 /5 Sandro Del Grosso: I cannot recommend the Academy highly enough. Both my children attend and after seeing them in action, I decided to join the adults class. Im so glad I did. The kids learn practical skills in how to defend themselves, discipline and respect. They are taught by a fantastic team including Master Paul Tracy himself, whos experience in martial arts is unrivalled. Im really enjoying the adult class too...its never too late!

I trained with Paul Tracey as a young adult, and it gave me the confidence and strength to face any situation, the best street-defence style in my eyes. Naturally, I wanted my children to learn from the same person. It’s the best decision I’ve made. 5 /5 N A: Ive been a member of the Paul Treacy academy for a number of years now. This is a place where you can learn effective self defense and street awareness. The lessons are fun, exciting and offers a great workout. All the instructors are highly proficient and they teach you in a ways to bring the best out of you and your abilities. Highly recommend!!!

5 /5 jude statham: Excellent club. My son started with Paul 11 years ago, aged 5 and now attends the adult class in his way to black belt. A really great way for children to learn skills, keep active and enjoy being part of a group.
