abby easter I have been at P6 for 18months now and it is the most welcoming and friendly gym, it’s not just a gym but the community it has built is amazing to be part of. Having the ability to train with like-minded individuals has shown I can push further than I thought I could, my strength, mobility, gymnastics and overall fitness has greatly improved with Ollie’s excellent programming. P6 has also opened my eyes to Hyrox and since then I have competed as singles and doubles and I absolutely love it!

C I started classes with Robin three years ago. He is very professional and varies his sessions every week. He advises you on how to adjust the exercises to suit all ages and ailments. His studio is very attractive, spacious, and quiet. He also offers classes online which are equally beneficial. It is always a pleasure to attend, and one feels the benefits throughout the week. He is calm, clear, and very knowledgeable.

Annabel Cload Such a great studio! There’s such a lovely community here - everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There’s a great range of classes. I’ve been absolutely loving the 8am Pilates with Alice; she’s a fantastic teacher. I’m so glad I’ve found EBS, it’s been such a wonderful experience :)

Nadine Mclaughlin I’ve been attending Ad Astra’s pump class for some months. The class challenges me every week by changing up the areas of the body we focus on & Jayne is great at differentiating the exercises for different abilities. It really motivates me on a Monday, kick starting the week ahead with a great workout in a positive fun environment.

Lucjan Usowicz My children are ages 11 and 13. They joined the karate club when they were 4 and 6. They are now both BLACK belts! The Sensei(Mr. Hogan)and his wife are brilliant teachers who make the children comfortable from any age. They are very patient and understanding and know how to make the lessons enjoyable. Joining the Wallingford Shotokan club is the best thing that could have happened to my children as they are now confident, outgoing and have a sense of discipline. The other children at the club make the weekly lessons fun. I would recommend this club one hundred percent.
