1 /5 Jay Y: Very rude lady at the shop!! I tried to get a massage, was told was fully booked and I could book tommorow when i came back to book she was holding the door as to not let me in ! I’m not sure what would allow them to treat a potential customer like this? Perhaps I was stereotyped as someone “rough” and looked as if she was scared of me even though I am very nice person. Anyway after the rude encounter, I went a couple doors down and the lady gave me the best massage and customer service of my life having Thai massage!

1 /5 Jem Bradley: Ive been left with painful bruises over my entire upper back the massage was extremely painful (I have a deep tissue with hard pressure a lot) but never have I ever had the with a therapist, her elbow scraping my bones many times she just stuck her elbow into my ribs when performing stretches I would wince and say your hurting me and the same thing would carry on. I’ve never know anyone to touch a body in the way she did, not only was it a waste of time and money - but in a massage you should feel safe and in this treatment I was distressed and looking back really wish I have walked out in the first 10 minutes. I know bruises can happen in deep tissue, but she was scraping my bones for 1.5 hours and this morning I have the worst back and neck pain (and no not in the good way)
