Tilok B Currently moved to this gym from Canary wharf and loving it already! The environment is good, changing room is well organized, toilet is always clean and also no flies/ bad smell like Canary wharf branch! The best part is the tariffs here are way more cheaper than there ;;)

Duniya Okada I recommend this class 110%! Claire, is a highly skilled and professional instructor. She always checks if your form is correct in each exercise. The classes are fun but also challenging so I made significant progress in my strength, flexibility and cardio in just 4 weeks. I had many injuries before joining the class and Claire has worked with me to make sure I can carry on improving my fitness without overloading too quickly. Sign up, it’s a great fun class that gets results!

Est R I love Simonas Zumba classes! Every class is a fun, energetic and lively workout. Simona is always full of energy and makes the classes fun and easy to join in with. She managed this even on zoom throughout lockdown! The music is great and the energy from the classes always leaves me feeling happy and like I’ve done some good exercise.

Anastasiia Holieva I was so lucky to find and explore prenatal Pilates classes with Fitnation. Marilena is experienced Pilates instructor and barre trainer, very responsive, passionate and so-so-so cheerful. Her support and commentary through our classes made me feel completely safe and confident in my strengths. Balance exercises, effective workouts and even fun low-impact cardio helped me to avoid all common pregnancy issues as feet swelling and back pain. I will definitely continue my postnatal recovery with Marilena, because it turns out that Pilates classes are the best way for women’s body to went through the most exciting experience!!!
