2 /5 Carla Venturini: I really wish I werent here for a bad review, but unfortunately my experience was very different to other clients. And as Id read all the reviews myself before choosing Nicole for my treatment, I feel that I have a duty to help the next people also make an informed decision. After my first session for spider veins, I developed a few blisters. Nicole said that was absolutely normal and I just needed to be patient as theyd heal. I went back for two more sessions within the following three months, which went quite well. However, Nicole started saying that I was healing quite slowly, should try using a serum on the blisters, and try taking vitamin C. It was not too bad until then, but when we shifted the conversation topic a little, she criticised my dietitian for not telling me gluten was harmful and that if I cut it out of my diet my skin would look better. She also said I should just relax about the blisters and go shopping for skirts and shorts. These comments made me feel a bit uneasy and start questioning not only her abilities, but also her empathy, so four months after the first session I decided to talk to a dermatologist. She said blisters arent a normal reaction to laser, and mine were indeed taking too long to heal, so we should start a treatment straight away. When I contacted Nicole to discuss this, she kindly disagreed with the dermatologist and suggested I see her again in person. The next contact was made by the clinics manager, who also said the blisters were a possible risk which I should be aware of upon signing the form, then said she was sorry and offered a refund for the first session. Now its been 8 months since that first session and even though the dermatologists treatment is helping, it seems it might not be enough and the damage could be permanent. To sum up, what was already a big problem for me became even worse after my treatment with Nicole.
