5 /5 ІГОР Збаражський: Excellent salon! I did a mens manicure - everything went at the highest level. The master works neatly, professionally and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the result, I will definitely come again!

1 /5 Magdalena Rybak: I was their client for a very long time and was very happy. Recently prices increased which I understand completely due to recession etc but the quality of service also dropped drastically. Shape of nails looks hideous, they are are bulky and bulbous, cuticles are not done properly. Old staff members paid a lot of attention to details, new girls do a quick and cheap work that I can get around the corner in the Chinese saloon but charge more than previous ones. Also they don’t seem to be very experienced, it seems like they just started doing nails a week ago. Unfortunately after more than a year I will have to start looking for another nail technician now. Very disappointing.

1 /5 FedeliaRose: Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! After being a happy loyal client for a year! In April the staff has changed and the services had increased by 30% however they are always running late (when I have booked I always allow 20+ minutes for the nail tec running behind ) the quality of service is so poor! To pay so £70 for a very stingy thin layer or gel is absurd. I booked for a very simple nail design (WHICH WAS £20) with hard gel only for it to last TWO DAYS all the nails started lifting and chipping I sent an email to Natalia as the email on the website and on treatwell is incorrect. Received a phone call on Saturday from a Natalia she apologised and booked me in for Sunday 3:15pm. The day of the appointment Natalia called to say they cannot do the full appointment with the design I should come back next week as they did not have enough time? To tell me this the day of the appointment was not right so I requested to only have a colour. I get to the salon for 3:15pm only for MARIA (the nail Tec )to be running late we started my appointment at 4PM 45 minutes late ! Maria then began to rush, (I took the cuticle pusher to push my cuticle back as it was not done properly from two days ago) she was huffing, puffing and tutting and drilling on my nail extremely hard, trying to rush the service. Which I was paying full price for and had waited for 45mins. My experience at Natali nails was so disappointing! After being a loyal customer for a year. This is not how to treat your customers.
