Unfortunately, the post man delivered it to the incorrect place and I was not made aware that it was sent out for delivery. I contacted James who reassured me that he would get this sorted as I was worried since it was an expensive serum that I had ordered. James went above and beyond to make sure that I recieved my product within the next two days. He was extremely helpful and understanding. It is the first time Ive ordered from this website and I will be using this site from now on to order my skin care products. I had no issues contacting James he responded to my queries within the same day. Excellent customer service. James is efficient, kind and ensures that his customers are taken care of. I’m always asked where I get my hair done by friends, family and even by strangers around London. Marney gives my hair that wow factor with stunning colour and the healthiest conditioning and care. Crystal has styled my hair amazingly and Ellie I’ve had the pleasure of knowing just as long as Marney. The salon has a great atmosphere and an amazing team that make you feel welcomed and well looked after.
