1 /5 Ruby Louise: I asked the women for a full head of colour with light brown, she said she couldn’t do it and said go for this other colour she told me it would look the same so I trusted her and she put the colour on while I was waiting it was starting to look very dark so I asked her how dark it is going to be she said not that dark. When she washed it and blow dried it my hair was black. This is the picture I showed her honey brown but this is was I received black hair!

She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my hair concerns before starting the service. The treatment was done with great care, and I could see and feel a noticeable improvement in the texture and health of my hair. She also gave helpful advice on aftercare and maintenance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Shristi to anyone looking for quality hair treatment.

1 /5 Seema Thakrar: I DO NOT Recommend. Absolutely awful experience. Dirty unhygienic shop. Disgusting! To have hair wash, Had to go through a room where a girl was having complete body wax. No privacy whatsoever. Dirty walls, sticky curtains, hair everyone the floor. Owner said parking is available, took me 40 mins to drive around and no parking.
