5 /5 Jo Grundy: Had an amazing Hydradermie Youth Age Logic with Mia with the ice globes add on at the end. First time having this facial and the results left my skin looking and feeling great. It was a pleasure to have a treatment by Mia, who has a lovely manner and explained very knowledgeably what the treatment would entail and the benefits. She has a very nice touch when carrying out the facial which made it so relaxing. Highly recommend Mia and booked my next appointment with her before I left the salon!

From the warm welcome on arrival to the attentive aftercare following my treatment, every aspect of service is delivered to the highest standards. Meghan is both professional and knowledgeable, creating a relaxing environment whilst tailoring treatments to suit my needs as my skin has changed after having cancer treatment. It was a hot day, and I was kindly offered some water right away — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel instantly welcomed and cared for. The treatment itself was absolutely incredible. The staff took the time to ask about my current skincare routine so they could tailor the products to suit my skin type perfectly. I really appreciated how personalized everything felt. After the treatment, they went a step further and recommended products from their brand that could help with my dryness — no pressure to buy, just helpful and knowledgeable advice. I had the hydradermie youth facial with Mia who is always punctual, polite and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had an anti ageing treatment that I found a little uncomfortable, unavoidable due to the nature of the treatment , but Mia put me at ease, amended the current to ensure I was more comfortable whilst retaining the quality & ultimately the results of the treatment.
