Grace is knowledgeable and has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and goals. She truly understands what I need to do to hit my goals and pushes me each session. I leave each session feeling surprised at what I have achieved. I can’t recommend Grace enough. She is fab!

I have really appreciated that she has worked with my busy schedule to make a plan that is realistic as well as varied and effective. I’ve already seen results in my strength, Grace is great at motivating you and pushing you further than you believe you can go! The sessions are interesting, trying different things each week but also targeting the areas that you want to work on. Would highly recommend.

Myself and my friend were looking for a new personal trainer and we thought of Grace due to her warm and friendly yet professional teaching style. We started having personal training sessions with Grace and felt comfortable with her straight away.
