Karen The setting was magical, instruction superb, the small group was wonderful and food was delicious! We also got a real feel for authentic Greece in the small town of Porto Bufalo in Evia which was so special. Katerina is an amazing instructor and human being. Her energy was kind, positive and patient. I am new at yoga and she did her absolute best to cater to the very different levels of the participants. Unfortunately, I got sick towards the end of the retreat. Katerina couldnt have been more helpful and nurturing!

Yajaira Timaure The personal trainers are fantastic, and everyone at the gym is really friendly. I’ve even made a few friendships with other members. I was training with Cem, a Turkish personal trainer, and I was so impressed with the progress I made, my fitness improved, my tummy became flatter, and I even started to see some definition lines coming through! Unfortunately, I had to stop the PT sessions due to my university commitments, but I would seriously recommend having one.

Anne-Marie Jubber Perk has completely changed my approach to exercise, my fitness and my confidence in my physical ability. I enjoy these classes more than I ever thought I would, I consistently do them 2-3 times a week and have noticed a massive change for the better in my strength, my cardio fitness and my body shape. I dont have knee pain any more and really feel I am investing in a healthier stronger body now and for the future. But what Perk really has done for me is take me out of my comfort zone with exercise, the classes push me so hard. When I first started I always did the easier, modified option now I want to challenge myself and go for the advanced option - I feel really proud and happy and confident for what Perk has given me!
