5 /5 K T: I’ve been training with Rob for around five months now. Initially I wasn’t sure how long I train under a PT for, but it has been a really great experience so I’ve just kept going! Rob is an amazing PT who takes time to listen to what you want to achieve, and tailors a program to help you reach your goals. He’s also supportive of your fitness journey, provides great advice and takes a functional and realistic approach to helping you. I’ve definitely have noticed a massive improvement in my strength since and am really glad I joined up!
Update: Ive trained with Rob for over a year and its been a great journey. Rob is an incredibly motivating and thoughtful PT, who listens to what his clients want to achieve, comes up with great programs and knows how to push you just enough. Ive been amazed at how much heavier I was able to lift! Hes also works around any injuries you have, takes time to listen and is flexible, great for those of us with busy schedules!
