1 /5 Chris: Im very disappointed with the service provided by the manager and deputy manager at the university gym. Ive been a customer for years and have always received great service, but recently there have been issues.
The manager falsely accused me of something and used it as a pretext to suspend my gym membership, which had been free for years due to my basketball trophies. The customer service representative and deputy manager assured me on multiple occasions that I didnt need to add funds to my membership card because I had credit, but after a year and a half, they suddenly claimed they needed payment.
Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and I dont recommend using the university sports gym due to their lack of understanding and poor management.
