Mai Star Nails Spa - (Near , UK)

2 /5 Versh: I have been going to this place for many years and been a loyal customer here but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back. Service depends on the person ( nail technician) doing your nails but my last couple of visits have left me disappointed. Today it felt rushed and I was not happy with the service provided, I walked out thinking it was a waste of my £23 (cash). Having had pedicures over the years, I feel confident in making comparisons, and unfortunately, my recent visits have fallen short. Also i felt customer service overall fell short. This review reflects my opinion through my personal experience only.

5 /5 kerri “Mrs H”: I’ve just read some of the negative comments and I couldn’t disagree more! I’ve been going here for years! 6 to be precise. Never had a problem and they are always friendly and the pedicure is like no other. Reasonably priced as others charge way more! And the service you receive is outstanding. If people think they are rude and quick then they don’t realise how busy this salon is!
